I’d hate to stand beside this guy in a lightning storm because he clearly has bad luck. According to The Martlet this week, Mike Waters’ name was not on the ballots in the UVSS elections. This quote clearly states his bad luck:

Waters is no stranger to election turmoil. He was disqualified when he ran for director-at-large in 2005. When he ran for chairperson last year, he was disqualified, then reinstated, and then disqualified again.
