Hamilton City Council met on January 25, 2013 to discuss the 2013 budget. Presenting were agencies and boards that Council is not obligated to fund in front of GIC, including: Art Gallery of Hamilton, Boris Brott Music Festival, Festival of Friends, Hamilton Beach Rescue, Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra, Opera Hamilton, Royal Botanical Gardens, and Theater Aquarius.
